Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking a Senior IT Implementation Manager to lead a large, high‑performing team delivering critical initiatives across Service/Sales & Marketing and Digital/eCommerce portfolios. You will drive IT projects, CI efforts, and ensure alignment with budget and schedules in a dynamic environment.

You will manage HR processes, set performance standards, and collaborate with strategic partners to pursue roadmaps, licensing, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required.
• 10 years of experience in managing people, projects, and business relationships within an IT organization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with contracts, vendor relationships and service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize IT implementation and CI work delivering prioritized projects.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to create and maintain roadmaps and annual operation plans.
• Oversee sourcing of third‑party licenses and manage vendor/consultant relationships.
• Review SOWs, contracts and monitor SLAs for delivery.
• Lead project execution with focus on timely, within-budget delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ensure disaster recovery planning and business continuity.
