Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior IT Implementation Manager to lead and optimize large IT teams delivering critical initiatives across Commercial HVAC, Service, Sales & Marketing, and Digital portfolios. You will drive agile delivery, align with business objectives, and guide cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Responsibilities include leading talent management, vendor and contract oversight, and implementing continuous improvement across IT programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS; Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.
• 10 years of IT management, projects and business relationships.
• Knowledge of agile development and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with contract management and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize IT implementation teams delivering prioritized work.
• Lead Acquisition, Opportunity, CRM, and eCommerce initiatives.
• Oversee field service planning, scheduling and tools in use.
• Drive CI projects, disaster recovery plans, and process improvements.
• Manage performance, compensation, HR policies, and staffing.
• Collaborate with strategic partners on roadmaps and budgets.
