Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in managing people, projects, and business relationships within an IT organization.
• Adept in Agile Development & project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation planning, and HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement performance management strategies to uplift team members and ensure ongoing development.
• Plan and execute compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead hiring processes including interviewing and decisions.
• Oversee IT projects and CI work to align with business objectives and technologies.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to develop roadmaps and allocate resources.
