Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an ISC IT Manager – Bloomington to lead IT service delivery across front office, plant, and warehouse operations at the Bloomington facility. You will coach the local IT team and coordinate with SBU IT and shared services to deliver value and uptime.

The role requires managing IT strategy, ensuring alignment with Lean manufacturing processes, and supporting ERP/MES/WMS deployments to boost revenue, operating income, and site productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field required; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing IT environment with progression and impact.
• Experience with MES/production execution and warehouse systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local IT team and serve as primary IT contact for site operations.
• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with site and SBU goals.
• Ensure reliable IT services for front office, plant, and warehouse functions.
• Oversee ERP/MES/WMS deployments and lean IT initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to improve productivity and control costs.
