Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an ISC IT Manager – Bloomington to lead the IT service delivery at the Bloomington facility within the Thermo King Americas SBU. You will manage the local IT team, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure reliable IT support for front office, plant, and warehouse operations.

The role focuses on aligning IT strategy with business goals, driving improvements in ERP/MES deployments and warehouse systems, and delivering value through Lean-aligned IT practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement; Master’s is a plus.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing IT environment with progression.
• Experience with MES/ERP and warehouse management systems is desirable.
• Experience supporting front office and warehouse ops in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service delivery at the site.
• Lead and coach the local IT team.
• Be the first contact for major downtime incidents and escalations.
• Align IT solutions with business strategies across front office, plant, and warehouse.
• Develop and execute IT strategy to support site plans and Lean principles.
