Zusammenfassung

DMD Systems Recovery, LLC is seeking a Site Integration Manager based in Tempe, AZ, with extensive travel to acquired sites. You will lead immersive training, deploy to sites for 2–4 month assignments, and embed DMD standards to accelerate integration and performance.

This full-time role reports to the VP of Operations and requires strong leadership, change management, and exceptional communication to collaborate across Service Delivery, IT, Quality, and Compliance while relocating as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in ITAD, manufacturing, reverse logistics, or related environment.
• 2+ years experience managing a warehouse, processing operation, fulfillment center, or similar environment.
• Experience leading people, projects, process implementations, or change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to train and coach others.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building abilities as an “outsider”.
• Willingness to travel extensively and temporarily relocate for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Learn Processing Ops by rotating across departments and sites.
• Deploy to acquired sites for extended integration assignments (2–4 months).
• Serve as on-site representative during integration and build trust with local teams.
• Assess practices, identify gaps, and implement DMD standards.
• Help sites transition to DMD systems, workflows and operating expectations.
• Escalate integration risks, barriers, and resource needs.
• Model DMD leadership expectations and operating standards.
• Train teammates and coach leadership on workflows, quality standards, and best practices.
