Job summary

Murata Machinery Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an On-Site Project Manager to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Commissioning scopes for complex AMHS installations at customer facilities. You will build and coach large project teams (up to 100 members), coordinate installation plans, ensure safety, and manage stakeholders across transitions from start to handover.

Significant travel (>90%) and hands-on site leadership are required, with strong communication and problem-solving to keep schedules

Qualifications

• AS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years semiconductor automation experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large projects with 50+ team members and diverse stakeholders.
• Develop installation plans, schedules, and resource plans on site.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and incidents are investigated.
• Coordinate installation activities with customers, contractors, and Murata site teams.
• Drive project closure, documentation, and handover.
