Greiner Bio-One is seeking an HSE Manager in Monroe, NC to lead site-level health, safety, and environmental programs. The role focuses on embedding group standards, driving ownership for safety, and partnering with site management to ensure compliant operations.

Responsibilities

Implement group and divisional HSE standards and requirements at site level
Enable and challenge line management on risk identification and preventive actions
Drive site-level HSE performance, compliance, and corrective actions
Manage incidents, investigations, and emergency preparedness
Support audits and provide structured input to divisional performance reviews
Maintain and continuously improve HSE management system and ensure local application of documentation, etc.
Locally monitor performance and ensure in-time and comprehensive reporting
Ensure compliance with local legal and other requirements
