Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a NA Manufacturing SH&E Manager II to lead safety, health and environmental programs at the Greensboro, NC facility. You will drive compliance, ACR/Audits, and performance metrics across site teams in a world-class manufacturing environment.

The role requires a safety/engineering background, 10 years of safety experience, and strong leadership with a track record of delivering results. Annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or a technical / chemical engineering degree.
• 10 years of Safety experience
• Demonstrated project management, coaching, training and mentoring skills
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills to influence across the organization
• Record of delivering results despite obstacles and setbacks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in diverse settings

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and support to Ecolab site management teams, including both chemical and attached EC3 sites.
• Ensure reporting discipline within SH&E management systems, compliance audits, record-keeping, and processes; lead SH&E metric rollup.
• Develop and analyze KPIs and metrics to improve TRIR and process safety rankings.
• Perform incident investigations and assist root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review and design work environments; implement programs to control risks and ensure SH&E compliance.
• Engage with SH&E partners to gain cross-functional support and leverage initiatives.
• Deliver global SH&E training programs including Safety Leadership.
• Oversee Life Critical policies and ECAP scope at the site; manage environmental, waste, and water programs.
