Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking an EHS Manager in Lexington, NC to lead environmental, health and safety performance at the site. You will implement the EHS strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a proactive safety culture across operations.

Acting as a partner to plant and business leaders, you’ll drive risk reduction, data-driven improvements, and alignment with corporate standards while protecting employees and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or related field is required.
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with safety/compliance focus.
• Experience with OSHA and state/federal reporting required.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, air compliance, and data QA/QC.
• ISO standards and EHS management systems familiarity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
