Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or Employee Relations experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or unionized environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce and site needs to enhance the employee experience.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly production roles.
• Facilitate new hire orientation on culture, policies, benefits, values, and expectations.
• Advise on policies, handbook, and benefits resources and guidelines.
• Administer site policies, conduct investigations, and document actions per policy.
• Partner with site leadership to interpret policies and guide workforce matters.
• Manage attendance tracking, corrective actions, and lifecycle changes.
• Support leave administration and coordinate with providers.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and site communications.
• Participate in leadership meetings to support organizational effectiveness.
