Job summary

MonoSol, LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a Manager Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting strategy, design proactive workforce plans, and partner with leaders to align talent with business goals.

This full-time role oversees full-cycle recruiting, uses data and ATS/AI tools, and drives a compelling candidate experience with compensation range of $98,500 to $120,000 plus incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6–10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience building and executing strategic recruiting programs.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategy with organizational goals.
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive decisions.
  • Experience with modern recruiting technologies (ATS, AI sourcing tools).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to understand business priorities and develop proactive workforce plans.
  • Translate organizational goals into scalable recruiting strategies.
  • Lead talent segmentation and workforce forecasting to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding partnership.
  • Analyze industry trends and labor market data to inform hiring strategies.
  • Establish clear performance expectations (KPIs) including time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity metrics, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Educate leaders on best practices in interviewing, selection, and hiring.
  • Design and implement a candidate experience aligned with company values.
  • Evaluate and optimize recruiting processes for efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
  • Leverage ATS and automation tools to enhance recruiter productivity.
  • Drive adoption of data-driven recruiting practices and analytics dashboards.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build and maintain talent communities and pipelines for future needs.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques (social recruiting, market mapping, referrals, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal hiring policies.

Position Summary

The Manager Talent Acquisition leads the organization’s recruiting strategy and hiring process to attract, engage and hire top talent. The role is responsible for designing and executing forward-looking talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth. The Manager Talent Acquisition goes beyond transactional recruiting, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders, optimizing talent pipelines, enhancing employer brand, and leveraging data and market insights to drive informed talent strategies that align with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

  • The compensation range that is described below is the possible base pay compensation that the company believes in good faith that it will pay for this role at the time of posting based on job grade for the position. Individual compensation within this range is based on many factors such as years of experience etc. so the company might pay more or less than the posted range and it is understood that this range may be modified in the future.
  • In addition to base compensation, MonoSol provides a yearly incentive compensation bonus, a profit sharing bonus when eligible, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurances, short term disability, long term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, term life insurance, voluntary term life insurance, transit flexible spending account (if applicable), employee assistance program, identity theft protection, 401k and paid time off (vacation and sick days).

Compensation range - $98,500.00 - $120,000.00

Paid time off amount – 15 days
