Responsibilities

• Develops and obtains approval for site HR action plans aligned with Group strategy and budget.
• Deploys HR standards, tools, programs and regulations at the site with maximum efficiency.
• Responds to operational staff requests regarding HR and factors HR into strategic decisions.
• Implements strategic workforce planning in hiring, training and career development.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and site rules; interfaces with union representatives as required.
• Initiates and participates in employee motivation actions; promotes health and safety policies.
