Damar Services, Inc. is hiring a Site Human Resources Manager for our East campus in Richmond, Indiana. This role leads the site HR function, handling employee relations, investigations, recruiting, and lifecycle support while partnering with enterprise HR for specialized needs.

You will influence the employee experience, support leaders, and help strengthen Damar's presence in the Richmond community. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership opportunity with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible HR experience with IR, investigations, recruiting.
• Proficient with HR technology and familiar with ATS and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations and manager support to strengthen workforce relations.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams.
• Oversee site HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure HR compliance and drive process improvements at the site.
