Job summary

Valeo in the United States seeks a Site Human Resources Manager to lead HR across the site, including employee relations, hiring, training, salary administration and benefits. You will partner with site leadership to design and execute HR plans aligned with business goals.

You will deploy HR tools and policies, coach managers, manage HR data, and ensure compliance with health, safety and labor regulations while advancing diversity and well-being initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–7+ years progressive HR experience in manufacturing or automotive settings.
• Experience handling investigations, benefits questions, payroll, appraisals and terminations.
