Job summary

Interstate Earthworks LLC in Cisco, Texas is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to run bulldozers and excavators on site. You will support grading, site preparation, and earthmoving for utility-scale and commercial projects, while following safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of construction experience, demonstrate strong communication and time-management skills, and can work independently as part of a team. High school diploma preferred; GPS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years recent experience in construction as a heavy equipment operator.
• Experience with bulldozer and excavator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excavator and bulldozer experience required.
• GPS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including bulldozer and excavator.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to foreman or supervisor.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Load trucks and support grade and earthmoving tasks.
• Assist with GPS-based grading and loading operations.
