Interstate Earthworks, LLC on-site in Monahans, TX, is seeking a Mine Heavy Equipment Operator to run bulldozers, excavators, and related machines for construction, maintenance, and excavation projects. The role requires following safety procedures and maintaining equipment.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of heavy equipment experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with standard safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recent experience in construction as a heavy equipment operator.
• Excavator and Dozer experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in excavation and site construction.
• Follow company safety procedures.
• Bring problems to the attention of the foreman, superintendent, safety director or HR manager.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or needed repairs to the supervisor; clean equipment.
• Candidate will possess knowledge of moisture condition, cut grade, and ability to load trucks.
• Candidate will possess knowledge of cutting and filling grade.
• Prefer knowledge of GPS.
