Job summary

InterstateEarthworks, LLC is seeking a Mine Heavy Equipment Operator to operate bulldozer and excavator on our Lamesa, TX site. This on-site role requires precise machine control and adherence to safety procedures. You will perform inspections, assist with grading, and load trucks, while maintaining strong communication with the foreman and team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years recent experience in construction as a heavy equipment operator.
• Must be experienced bulldozer and excavator operator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment (bulldozer and excavator) for site construction.
• Performs routine inspection and maintenance; reports defects.
• Loads trucks and assists in grading and site preparation.
• Follows safety procedures and coordinates with foreman.
