Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science/management, safety, industrial hygiene, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in related roles for a global, multi-site consumer goods or packaged goods organization, preferably in heavy manufacturing.
  • Understanding of environmental and occupational safety laws and regulations related to ergonomics, fire safety, environment protection, and sustainability.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams at all levels of the site across multiple mediums.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with site leaders to address environmental and occupational safety risks and opportunities.
  • Implement site E&S strategies and programs aligned with Global Sustainability Objectives.
  • Establish standardized systems, processes, platforms, and programs to enhance EHS performance at the site.
  • Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive measures to mitigate them.
  • Ensure adherence to local, national regulations and Global Performance Standards.
