Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Site Occupational Health & Safety Lead to drive the site's OH&S strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance program maturity across moderately complex operations. You will lead investigations, develop training, and collaborate with regional and global teams to implement safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, or related field.
• 5+ years in safety/occupational health management in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in leadership/management roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the site complies with Kimberly-Clark and regulatory OH&S requirements.
• Own the OH&S and E&S management system within the site.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure risk levels are acceptable.
• Define site OH&S objectives and assess performance.
• Lead initiatives to improve program maturity and implement global/region strategies.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Deliver OH&S training across operations.
• Ensure contractor compliance with KC standards and OH&S.
