Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, or a related field.
• 5+ years of safety/occupational health and industrial hygiene management in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate OH&S and E&S management system components.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Develop, deliver, and train OH&S topics across operations.
• Define site OH&S objectives and monitor performance.
• Lead continuous improvement of safety programs.
