The successful candidate will inspire and lead the team by promoting high standards of customer service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a passion for travel center operations, along with a background in planning and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred with proven positive results.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance coverage.
• Must complete all required training within the timeframe of 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall operations of the designated location.
• Monitor key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local regulations impacting operations.
