Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is seeking a Site Finance Manager for our North Charleston, SC facility. This full-time, on-site role supports budgeting, forecasting and cost control at the site while coordinating with operations.

The candidate will analyze data, provide strategic financial insights, and drive productivity and capital planning. Local candidates preferred; relocation assistance is limited and up to 10% travel is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in accounting/finance within a manufacturing environment.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information; U.S. person status is required.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this role.

• Analyze financial data and performance metrics related to operations to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Drive accountability for results and define key performance metrics with operations leaders.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making, including capital deployment and resource prioritization.
• Drive productivity through operational excellence, supply chain management and site budgeting.
• Partner with operations to develop action plans, strategies, and KPIs.
• Monitor and implement plans with appropriate KPIs and financial models.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies; manage costs for efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate profit plan and forecast inputs for operational metrics and manufacturing costs.
