Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance from an accredited institution.
• Eight (8) years of accounting or finance experience.
• Relocation assistance provided for candidates outside a 50-mile radius of Jonesville, SC.
• Familiarity with SAP is desired.
• Two (2) years of data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to plant and division leadership, translating financial insights into business results.
• Partner cross-functionally to establish the site's financial foundation and readiness for startup.
• Lead initiatives to improve productivity, working capital, cash flow, and financial discipline as the plant ramps.
• Evaluate investments, capital allocation opportunities, and strategic initiatives through analytics and forecasting.
