You will partner with plant and division leadership to establish finance processes, controls, reporting, planning, and performance routines that support startup and ramp into full operations.

You'll serve as a strategic business partner translating financial insights into decision-making, guiding productivity, profitability, and capital investment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance.
• Eight (8) years of accounting or finance experience.
• Relocation assistance provided for candidates outside a 50-mile radius of Jonesville, SC.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment immigration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant and division leadership to build the financial foundation for the Jonesville manufacturing site, including establishing key finance processes, controls, reporting, planning, and performance-management routines.
• Cross-functionally lead plant startup finance, providing financial insight and decision support as the team establishes the site's operating model and prepares for production.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to plant and division leadership, influencing decisions that drive growth, profitability, and long-term business success.
• Lead initiatives to improve productivity, operational excellence, working capital, cash flow, and financial discipline as the plant ramps operations.
• Evaluate investments, capital allocation opportunities, and strategic initiatives through analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling.
