Qualifications

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Finance Manager.

This role is located at our Jonesville, SC site. Relocation assistance will be provided.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

As the Plant Finance Manager, you will serve as a strategic business partner to plant and division leadership, translating financial insights into business results. Ahead of the Jonesville plant launch, you will partner cross-functionally to establish the site's financial foundation and help ensure operational and financial readiness for startup.

This role connects finance and operations, influencing key decisions related to productivity, profitability, capital investments, and key performance indicators. As operations ramp, you will help establish disciplined plant financial processes and transition the organization from startup activities into a sustainable operating rhythm.

This position supports our Three Phase Transformer product line operations in Jonesville, SC (with up to 10% travel annually). Relocation from within the US to Jonesville, SC, is included.

• New Plant Startup & Financial Readiness - Partner with plant and division leadership to build the financial foundation for the new Jonesville manufacturing site, including establishing key finance processes, controls, reporting, planning, and performance-management routines needed to support a successful operational launch and ramp-up.
• Cross-Functional Launch Leadership - Serve as the finance partner across operations, supply chain, engineering and other functions during plant startup, providing financial insight and decision support as the team establishes the site's operating model, makes investment decisions, and prepares for production.
• Strategic Business Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to plant and division leadership, influencing key decisions that drive growth, profitability, and long-term business success.
• Operational and Financial Impact - Lead initiatives that improve productivity, operational excellence, working capital performance, cash flow, and overall financial results, with particular focus on establishing performance expectations and financial discipline as the new plant ramps operations.
• Decision Support and Value Creation - Evaluate investments, capital allocation opportunities, and strategic initiatives through analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Leadership and Talent Development - Develop organizational capability by mentoring finance talent, strengthening succession plans, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Visibility and Growth Opportunity - Play a highly visible role across the manufacturing site, joining a strong leadership team during an exciting period of business growth and investment.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance from an accredited institution.
• Eight (8) years of accounting or finance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
