Eaton Corporation is seeking a Site Finance Manager for our North Charleston, SC facility. The role requires on-site presence with up to 10% travel and offers a salary range of $113,000–$165,000 per year. The position partners with operations to drive continuous improvement and financial leadership for plant targets.

The successful candidate will connect finance with operations, develop action plans, and deliver financial insights to optimize performance and cash flow.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting and/or Finance from an accredited institution.
• Four or more years professional experience in accounting and/or finance in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. export regulations require the candidate to be a U.S. person.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration for this position.

• Analyze financial data and performance metrics related to operations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Drive accountability for results and define key performance metrics with operational leaders.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, such as evaluating capital deployment opportunities.
• Drive productivity within the business through operational excellence, supply chain management, and budget management at the site.
• Work with operations to develop action plans, strategies, and initiatives based on financial insights.
• Monitor implementation of plans with KPIs.
• Create financial models to assess impact of scenarios on operational performance.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage operational costs to achieve efficiency and cost reduction while maintaining quality.
• Implement inventory control actions to maximize profitability and cash.
• Coordinate the profit plan and forecast inputs for manufacturing costs.
• Lead planning and deployment of capital spending to meet short-, medium-, and long-term needs
