Job summary

Corteva is seeking a seasoned communicator to support global employee and leadership communications across production facilities, field operations, and road teams. You will craft and execute strategies, build networks of site contacts, and ensure alignment with brand and style guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in corporate communications, strong project management, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders while maintaining discretion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of communications experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree; communications degree preferred.
• Experience with communicating to non-office-based colleagues in field/production environments.
• Strong collaboration skills to coach and guide stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute an integrated communications strategy for site and field employees.
• Develop a network of site contacts to disseminate information and promote brand guidelines.
• Lead internal messaging and materials to inform, inspire, and engage colleagues.
• Review, edit, and distribute communications accurately and on time.
• Manage ad-hoc internal comms projects and activities.
