Job summary

Caliber Car Wash in Sandy Springs, GA is hiring a Site Experience Attendant who delivers an outstanding customer experience across the car wash visit. This role blends customer service, membership sales, tunnel operations, and site maintenance to support daily operations.

You rotate through engagement, sales, tunnel, and lot duties, educate customers on wash packages and Limitless Wash Club memberships, process transactions, and contribute to membership growth while upholding Caliber's safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers.
• Comfortable recommending memberships and additional services.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to learn multiple operational functions through cross-training.

Responsibilities
