Job summary

ENFRA is hiring an Assistant Construction Logistics Manager to support the jobsite team through meticulous organization and planning of materials and supplies, working closely with the Construction Logistics Manager.

You will coordinate unloading, ensure staffing alignment with delivery schedules, and maintain tight control of tools, inventory, and materials to optimize field productivity and safety on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of experience in large scale logistical management.
• OSHA 30 is a plus.
• Knowledge of jobsite operations.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC material, equipment, and tools.
• Ability and experience driving a forklift.
• Knowledge of supply operations, sequence and flow.
• High level and consistent organizational skills.
• Ability to oversee large crew, plan their work and verify tasks are being completed within the allotted time.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Logistics team to unload equipment and materials from venders and suppliers in a safe manor.
• Ensures the correct staff is available to unload based on delivery schedule for equipment, pre-fabrication, and materials.
• Performs distribution of materials and prefabrication to keep field teams productive.
• Inspects materials and equipment to confirm they match submissions and are undamaged.
• Orders, inspects, and tracks tools; ships back unused tools.
• Tracks rental tools and returns them when no longer needed.
• Delivers water and fuels jobsite equipment; cleans water coolers and dates them.
