Qualifications

• 2–3 years of clinical trials experience.
• 1 year of immunology experience; dermatology preferred.
• 1 year in roles like Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead/Clinical Trial Liaison.
• Strong knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop site-specific action plans to accelerate recruitment and retention.
• Educate healthcare professionals and site staff on protocols and disease areas.
• Engage with the public at health fairs or patient advocacy events with approved information.
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants.
• Analyze site performance data to tailor recruitment strategies.
• Conduct recruitment education sessions and share best practices across sites.
• Maintain records in internal reporting systems and stay current with technical knowledge.
