Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead in the United States to drive site engagement and patient recruitment across sponsor partnerships. You will educate site staff, develop recruitment plans, and collaborate with referral networks to identify trial participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in clinical trials.
• 1 year of immunology experience; dermatology preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead/Clinical Trial Liaison-like role.
• Deep knowledge and clinical competence in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong customer service orientation.
• High flexibility to travel (≈60%), with travel as study needs demand.

Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge and Clinical competence in relevant therapeutic areas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Collaborative mindset with a strong customer service orientation
• High flexibility to travel and adapt to diverse cultural environments (appx 60% but must be able to travel as study needs demand)
• Mentorship capabilities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude.
