Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead to support sponsor-dedicated trials. You will educate health professionals, develop site-specific recruitment plans, and collaborate with referral networks to identify participants.

The role requires 2–3 years in clinical trials, immunology experience, and the ability to travel up to 60%. You will work independently with a customer service mindset and mentor others as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in clinical trials.
• 1 year of immunology experience; dermatology preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead/Clinical Trial Liaison or similar role.
• Deep knowledge and clinical competence in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong customer service orientation.
• High flexibility to travel and adapt to diverse cultural environments (approx. 60%).
• Mentorship capabilities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare professionals and site staff on study protocols, procedures, and disease areas.
• Engage with the public in health fairs or patient advocacy group events to provide approved information.
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants.
• Analyze site performance data to tailor recruitment strategies and improve enrollment outcomes.
• Conduct recruitment educational sessions and share best practices across sites.
• Maintain accurate records in internal reporting systems and manage data.
• Stay current with technical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.

• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead/Clinical Trial Liaison like role
• Deep knowledge and Clinical competence in relevant therapeutic areas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Collaborative mindset with a strong customer service orientation
• High flexibility to travel and adapt to diverse cultural environments (appx 60% but must be able to travel as study needs demand)
• Mentorship capabilities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
