Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, including experience supporting large, complex operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing EHS across multiple production lines, departments, or buildings.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior EHS leadership and strategy for large, complex sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations.
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Drive EHS metrics, audits, and reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with Corporate/Regional EHS teams on enterprise initiatives.
