Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions in Texas is seeking a full-time Environmental Health Site Safety Manager to lead site safety programs across multiple operations. You will inspect sites, enforce safety policies, and drive incident investigations and root-cause analyses to prevent injuries and losses.

You will deliver OSHA required training, maintain records, and collaborate with operations to promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years EHS experience in construction or manufacturing.
• 5+ years EHS experience at a multi-site organization.
• 5+ years experience with OSHA standards.
• 5+ years experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations through site inspection and safety compliance.
• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Provide OSHA required training and site-specific safety instruction.
• Prepare safety documentation and training records.
• Coordinate with Region EH&S Manager and safety/operations teams.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor other department positions.
