Job summary

Motrex LLC is seeking an experienced Site EHS Leader in Attica, IN to develop and sustain the site’s environmental, health, safety, and security strategy. You will lead the EHS organization and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements while partnering with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in safety/environmental engineering or equivalent, 10+ years in EHS, with at least 3 years in both environmental and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Safety, Environment, Chemical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an EHS professional, with at least 3 years in Environmental and Safety roles.
• CSP and/or IH Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set tactical and strategic direction and leadership for the EHS department.
• Participate on the Site Leadership Team and provide unbiased feedback and direction for the site.
• Develop and lead a site sustainability initiative.
• Manage the site EHS budget and provide monthly spending analysis.
