Job summary

Stryten Energy Attica site seeks an experienced EHS Leader to direct environmental, health, safety, and security programs. You will chair the Site Leadership Team, partner with corporate EHS, and drive the site’s long-term EHS strategy with a focus on improving safety performance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires extensive knowledge of EPA, Indiana regulations, incident investigations, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Safety/Environment/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in EHS with 3+ years in Environmental and Safety roles.
• Proven knowledge of State and Federal air, water, and waste regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for EHS programs and lead the site through continuous improvement.
• Direct and oversee site EHS management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions.
