Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Safety, Environment, Chemical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an EHS professional, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in both Environmental and Safety roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of State and Federal air, water, and waste regulations.
• Ability to work in multi-tasking environment and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS department strategy and ensure value-added priorities.
• Manage the site EHS budget and capital expense requests.
• Oversee incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, Indiana regs, and local requirements.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for site personnel.
