Job summary

Dakota Bodies, LLC in Watertown, SD, seeks an EHS Site Leader responsible for day-to-day site safety leadership and driving a culture of safety across operations. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in EHS management, with at least 3 years in manufacturing.
• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline.
• CSP or OHST certification preferred; strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily presence in work areas to observe operations and promote safe behaviors.
• Provide guidance in EHS programs at employee, supervisor, and management levels.
• Evaluate facility EHS conditions and identify risks with action plans.
• Perform incident investigations and assist corrective actions.
• Conduct job hazard analyses and recommend preventative/corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training on EHS programs, including new-hire orientation.
• Analyze and maintain EHS records and metrics using Gensuite.
• Lead worker injury management under workers' compensation.
• Manage hazardous waste and coordinate disposal.
• Chair safety committees/councils.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
