Job summary

Sodexo Energy and Resources seeks a Unit Safety Manager to serve as the stand-alone site leader for all Environmental, Health & Safety programs for an Oil and Gas client in Tioga, ND. This role drives a best-in-class safety culture, ensures regulatory compliance, and implements strategic EHS initiatives across the sites.

You will lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions to support safe operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Lead independent site EHS and QA programs for a stand-alone role.
• Oil & gas operations experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA and North Dakota regulations.
• Strong incident investigation and risk-reduction skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions to support safe operations.
• Drive a best-in-class safety culture and regulatory readiness across client sites.
• Manage EHS and QA programs as the primary site leader in Tioga, ND.
