Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an EH&S Coordinator to lead safety at designated industrial sites in Williston, ND. You will promote a culture of compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and drive programs that minimize risk and protect workers.

Reporting to the Safety Manager/Director, you will implement site safety plans, investigate incidents, maintain records, and collaborate with operations to embed safety in daily activities.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required; strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Minimum 2 years in heavy industrial construction environments.
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Ability to assess hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication and training skills; MSHA preferred.
• Proficient with safety management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in incident investigations with thorough documentation.
• Perform daily site inspections and safety audits to identify violations.
• Develop and deliver safety training and hazard awareness programs.
• Maintain safety records and assist with corrective actions in KPA.
• Coordinate with operations to embed safety in daily work activities.
