Loenbro, LLC is seeking an EHS Coordinator to drive safety culture at industrial sites in Williston, ND. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, conducting audits, delivering training, and implementing safety programs to minimize risk and protect the workforce.

You will collaborate with site leadership, coordinate with operations, document training materials, and maintain safety records in KPA, with a focus on continuous improvement and incident

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Minimum 2 years' prior experience in heavy industrial construction environments.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and related codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and emergency planning.
• MSHA certification or background preferred.
• Experience conducting safety audits/inspections.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and safety management software.

Responsabilités

• Lead and participate in incident investigations with thorough documentation.
• Perform daily safety inspections and audits at sites.
• Coordinate with operations to foster a safety-first culture.
• Provide safety training and conduct daily/weekly safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate safety records in KPA and other systems.
• Engage with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections.
• Identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
