Job summary

Boys and Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region is seeking a full-time Site Director to oversee a licensed site within Kids Club 360 locations. The role requires leadership of staff, ensuring safe interactions with children, and maintaining program quality in line with state licensing.

Typical duties include weekly staff meetings, attendance reporting, and coordination with the AR Specialist. Candidates must meet licensing requirements or equivalent experience and pass background checks and drug

Qualifications

• Must have a four-year degree in recreation, education, or human services.
• Two years of college plus six months of child-care experience accepted.
• Three years of supervision experience with documented coursework or training.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and ensure interactions between children and staff are appropriate.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and complete quarterly staff evaluations.
• Document attendance and report to AR Specialist and Director of Operations.
• Collect payments and communicate with parents and AR Specialist.
• Ensure programs are run and documented weekly; file monthly site reports.
• Attend trainings to maintain national accreditation and Colorado licensing.
• Submit to fingerprinting and background checks; complete CPR/First Aid training.
• Ongoing background checks throughout employment and other duties as assigned.
