Job summary

Boys and Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region is seeking an energetic Assistant Site Director to help oversee a Kids Club 360 site in Fountain, CO. The role requires supervising staff and youth, ensuring a 1:15 ratio, managing administrative tasks, and supporting licensing and facility operations.

Starting Sept-Oct, with 40 hours per week and shifts that include early mornings and afternoons across sites. Prior experience in youth services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for a 4-year degree in recreation, education, or related field.
• Experience supervising youth and ensuring safety is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and members to maintain 1:15 ratio and ensure safety.
• Manage administrative duties, attendance, and reports.
• Coordinate with families, schools, and finance on payments and subsidies.
• Assist with programs, events, and site operations.
