Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is seeking a Site Director in Andover, NH to oversee daily operations and enrichment activities for 200 staff across multiple programs. You will supervise staff, manage a budget, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for youth.

Lead program development, coordinate community relations, and supervise volunteers while maintaining compliance with organizational goals and NH state guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least age 20 with a high school diploma or equivalent and one of the specified qualifications.
• Relevant coursework or certifications demonstrating child-focused program leadership.
• Experience with budgeting, staff supervision, and community partnerships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes site programs and services that deliver an outcome-driven Club experience.
• Registers new members, provides orientation, and mentors members.
• Maintains a healthy, safe environment with well-kept facilities.
• Develops and maintains partnerships and public relations with the community.
• Leads recruitment, retention, and staff development; manages monthly reports.
• Oversees budget and administrative systems for the site.
