Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire seeks a full-time Site Director to oversee daily operations at our Andover, NH site. The role focuses on outcome-driven programming, staff supervision, budgeting, and community relations to support youth success.

You will lead program development, monitor service delivery, and ensure safe, engaging, and compliant club operations while coordinating with staff, volunteers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Various acceptable qualifications include associate degree in relevant field or 1000+ hours experience with children.
• Current educator certification or para II credential may apply.

Responsibilities

• Establishes site programs and services that support outcome-driven youth experiences.
• Participates in grant applications and fundraising to support club programs.
• Develops and maintains community relations, volunteers, and memberships.
• Leads recruitment, retention, and public outreach for partners, members, and parents.
• Manages program administration, budget, and site operations; tracks attendance and activities.
