Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a Site Director (Clinical Director – Speech-Language Pathologist) in Westlake Village, CA to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive clinical and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes building a high-performing site culture, managing P&L, and aligning daily operations with Cortica’s growth objectives. Base pay ranges from $126,347 to $164,252, with a comprehensive benefits package and commitment to development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline required.
• 5+ years of management experience in healthcare or office settings.
• 2+ years of P&L management experience.
• Clinical licensure in one of Cortica’s core disciplines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop clinical and administrative leaders across all service lines.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement at the site.
• Mentor emerging leaders and ensure succession readiness.
• Own site-level performance and alignment with clinical, financial, and growth objectives.
• Lead site strategy execution with focus on quality of care, efficiency, and innovation.
• Coordinate cross-discipline operations and optimize patient throughput.
• Assist in expanding roles based on demand and participate in hiring decisions.
• Refine hiring strategies with Talent Acquisition to solve staffing challenges.
• Oversee site P&L and drive revenue while controlling costs.
• Use financial data to set targets and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with finance and Area Director on budgets and invoicing.
• Ensure Cortica Care Model implementation across departments.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, safety, and readiness.
• Lead administrative teams to meet safety, branding, and clinical standards.
• Address patient questions with professional, compassionate communication.
• Create a psychologically safe, secure environment for staff and patients.
• Lead new initiatives and process changes from area or corporate levels.
• Partner on expansion planning and center readiness with leadership.
