Cortica - Neurodevelopmental in Westlake Village, CA seeks a Site Director to lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee operations, clinical excellence, and growth.

The role drives Cortica’s care model, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with area leadership on expansion and budget forecasting. A master’s in a clinical field and 5+ years of healthcare management are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline.
• 5+ years of management experience in healthcare settings.
• 2+ years of P&L management experience.
• Clinical licensure in BCBA, SLP, OT, MT-BC, MD/DO/NP or LMFT/LCSW/PsyD/PhD.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop clinical and administrative leaders across service lines.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement at the site.
• Own site-level performance including clinical, financial, and growth objectives.
• Lead site strategic goals in partnership with the Area Director.
• Coordinate across disciplines to optimize resource use and patient throughput.
• Oversee interview and onboarding processes and collaborate with Talent Acquisition.
