Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a Site Director to lead a multidisciplinary team at a California center. You will drive operational excellence, financial health, and a patient-centered culture, translating strategic goals into actionable site plans and fostering a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

You will manage clinical and administrative leaders, ensure compliance, and partner with area/corporate teams on expansion and workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline is required.
• 5+ years of management experience in healthcare, leading cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of P&L management experience.
• Preferred qualification — clinical licensure (e.g., BCBA, SLP, OT, MT-BC, MD/DO/NP, LMFT/LCSW/PsyD/PhD).

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop clinical and administrative leaders across all service lines to build a high-performing site team.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement aligned with Cortica’s values and care model.
• Lead site-level performance, balancing clinical quality, financial health, and growth objectives.
• Oversee site operations, budgeting, interviewing, and recruitment in collaboration with Area Director and Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, patient safety, and high-quality, compassionate care across all departments.
