Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Pittsburgh Minadeo Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time role follows the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon shifts (7:00 AM–9:30 AM and 3:30 PM–6:00 PM).

The compensation is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on education and experience, plus an Employer-Paid childcare benefit.

Qualifications

• Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
• Medically fit to perform job duties which includes a clear TB
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Regulatory & Licensing Leadership: Ensure full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations
• Program & Staff Leadership: Lead engaging activities and supervise children and staff
• Operations & Communication: Oversee attendance, registration, and scheduling; liaise with families and school
